AI Immersion.
Two days inside the future of work.

Not a course about AI but a working session inside it. Your team builds, tests and ships with the latest AI tools under real pressure, against real business problems. No passive learning. No slide decks. No LMS.

Progress you build together,
not buy from outside.

What it is

Immersion. It’s exactly what it sounds like.

The only way to understand AI’s potential is to get your hands on it. To try things, test things, break things and figure out what actually works. AI Immersion is two days of doing rather than sitting through presentations about “the future”. This is about helping the people making the decisions become genuinely fluent in AI together, as a team.

Day one is all about generative AI. Your team creates an AI-powered startup from scratch: researching a market, shaping a proposition, building a brand, launching products and pitching the business live by the end of the day.

Day two shifts into agentic AI. Overnight the startup gets funded and suddenly has to scale to thirty staff without hiring a single person. Your team designs, builds and deploys the AI agents that keep the business running across research, operations, marketing, support and decision-making.

By the end of the two days, your team will have a practical understanding of what AI can genuinely do inside an organisation, where it creates value, where it changes how work happens and what it takes to lead through that shift.

Who it’s for

Built for the people who have to lead AI, not just use it.

Senior leaders who need to get up to speed with AI quickly. No technical skills required. No coding skills needed.

This is not about turning executives into engineers. It is about helping leadership teams understand AI well enough to make confident decisions about where it matters and how it changes the way work gets done.

We design the experience for teams because AI adoption is rarely held back by the technology. It is usually slowed down by leadership teams lacking a shared language, confidence and understanding of where AI can genuinely help the business.

How the two days work

Two days. The second builds on the first.

You can run the sessions back to back or leave up to four weeks between them.

Day One is a complete generative AI experience in its own right and works perfectly as a standalone session.

Day Two moves into agentic AI and is only available to teams who have completed Day One, because it builds directly on the ideas, workflows and ways of thinking introduced there.

Day 1

Generative AI

Build an AI-powered startup from scratch.

Research a market, shape a proposition, build a brand, launch a working product and pitch it to a live panel, all in a single day using eight-plus AI tools and workflows. Fast-paced, hands-on and built around real outputs rather than demos. Day One works as a complete generative AI experience in its own right.

The Stuff Framework

A simpler way to see what AI is actually for.

AI can feel like it does everything and nothing in particular. It doesn’t. Look closely at how people really use it and it comes down to six kinds of work. Learn the six and you can place almost any task in seconds.

Our own six, inspired by OpenAI’s research into how people really use AI.

Find Stuff

Dig out what’s already known.

Make Sense of Stuff

Turn a pile of information into a clear answer.

Create Stuff

Get from blank page to first draft.

Build Stuff

Build working tools without a developer.

Think Stuff Through

Pressure-test an idea before you commit.

Do Stuff Automatically

Set the repetitive work to run itself.

Run face to face, on kit we bring.

This is the one programme we only run in person. We arrive with pre-configured laptops, the right tools already installed, licensed and logged in. No losing the first hour to passwords, procurement approvals or IT support tickets. Your team sits down and starts building straight away, using the right AI tools for the right kinds of work.

The shape of the day

It runs like a startup, in two acts.

The six kinds of stuff you can do with AI at work are the toolkit. The competition is what gets people really using them. A bit of pressure creates focus and that's what makes the learning stick.

I

"The Apprentice"

Your team has one day to build an AI-powered competitor to your ‘former employer’: identifying an opportunity, shaping the proposition, building the brand and launching a working product before the clock runs out.

II

"Dragon’s Den"

The finale. The climax of the day. Every team pitches their startup to a live panel and an AI-powered boardroom. Market. Proposition. Product. Business model. The questions come fast, the feedback is immediate and we find out which startup wins the investment.

Day 2

Agentic AI

Scale the startup to thirty staff. Hire no humans.

The startup from Day One has now secured investment and needs to grow fast without growing headcount. Your team stops operating inside the business and starts designing the systems that run it. You will map workflows, design AI roles and build the agents that handle research, operations, marketing, support and decision making while the team sleeps. The focus shifts from using AI tools to architecting AI-powered organisations.

The Keep Framework

The other half: work that runs without you.

Generative AI is work you ask for. Agentic AI is work that just keeps happening. The Keep Framework is our plain-English map of the six kinds of work you can hand to agents, freeing the team for judgement, creativity and relationships.

Keep Watch

Eyes on what matters so you don’t have to.

Keep Order

Sort the signal from the noise.

Keep Moving

Keep work flowing when no one’s chasing it.

Keep Talking

Stay responsive and on-brand around the clock.

Keep Connected

Get your tools talking to each other.

Keep Learning

Get a little sharper every time it runs.

The shape of the day

From doing the work to directing the system.

Same format, higher stakes. Day Two pushes teams beyond using AI tools themselves and into designing the agents and systems that do the work for them. The shift is from operator to orchestrator.

III

"Taskmaster"

Your startup now has thirty staff and not one of them is human. Design and build AI agents across every function of the business from research to operations to marketing to support to analysis and decision-making.

IV

"Millionaire"

One question. One final answer. And you are not allowed to answer it yourself. You brief your agents and you direct them, but the work is theirs now. It is phone a friend, except the friend is the system you spent two days building. When everything rides on it, is that your final answer?

What your team takes home

Frameworks and workflows they can deploy on Monday. Against your actual business, not a case study.

Frameworks and workflows they can deploy on Monday. Against your actual business, not a case study.

Two frameworks that last

Stuff for generative AI, Keep for agentic. Tool-agnostic, so they outlive whatever launches next.

Real hands-on fluency

Eight-plus tools used on real work, never demoed from the front of the room.

An agent for their real job

Built around an actual task from their role, ready to keep going on Monday.

A sharper way to prompt

Brief AI like a capable new colleague, not a search box.

A shared language

One set of references, so the team moves together instead of as scattered individuals.

A working MVP

Designed, built and launched without a line of code.

The practical questions

The practical questions leaders always ask first.

What do participants actually leave with?

A practical understanding of what AI can genuinely do inside the business and the confidence to use it properly. Teams leave with two durable frameworks, a stronger way to brief AI, a shared language for better decision-making and an AI agent designed around a real role. And yes, a working MVP.

Next Gen

1 FOR 1

Every place you book funds a launchpad for the next generation.

The companies adopting AI fastest shouldn’t be the same ones pulling up the ladder. So we built a bridge.

Every AI Immersion participant directly funds an AI Debut Sprint place for a young person just starting out. No cost to them. Three days to turn a business idea into a viable plan, with AI as co-founder and experienced facilitators in their corner. Built into how we work, not bolted on.

The next generation of founders won’t wait for venture capital. They’ll start with AI.

Limited dates each month

Think the AI train's left without you? It hasn't. Let’s talk.

We run a small number of AI Immersions each month, in person, for one leadership team at a time. A fifteen-minute call is enough to find the right format and a date that works.
